New Super VC10 Panel Upgrade

Featured Replies

Bloat in this context is a derogatory term indicating too much. So your original meaning was quite clear.

And you obviously have no clue what my original intent was or is ....IT'S TOO MANY BYTES FOR ME AND MY SYSTEM .... and bloat is NOT necessarily derogatory as you state .. as in bloated carcass .... Enlarged. Now stop you misguided attacks and get on with it. It was never my intent to diparage you or your contribution. THAT is the truth of what I am thinking and meant.

Bloat refers to SIZE ... not effort, quality nor freeware.

If you think you are worthy of a forum "flame" battle , I can tell you that if you were the Princess's Appartments and I was Gulliver, I would not bother to do what he did.

With all due respect, that is your problem and no cause for trolling here in this (and other) forum topic(s) that you are obviously not interested in. Thank you.

Seems that after never flying a Super VC10 in almost 20 years of flightsimming, I'll soon start to do so.

I just checked the library and Part 1 is up! (81884kb) lol

The others are proving a little more problematic as I am getting time out messages at the same time the upload should finish. I have sent an email query. They are all well below the max allowed size so should work.

When all are up the library team will link them os they will hopefully all be under one heading.

Hey Ho! I come back from a yacht delivery and I see you have done it, well done! I am around for a few days before sailing off to Norway and return.

Is the same: Super VC10 Panel Upgrade Part 1.zip by Nicholas Weber, as I do not want to download anything other than your panel?

That is the correct file. There are a few more to come. Uploading to the avsim library is a bit hit and miss with timeout errors etc. Also I have had to abort more than once due to thunderstorms. We are getting them pretty much every day up to 6 a day even. Ever since the Beginning of May about 30 a week!!!

That file contains the documentation so you can study that and hit the ground running when all the uploads are done.

Thanks for responding, but is Nicholas Weber's panel, your one?

Sorry, I'll rephrase my question. Who is Nicholas Weber? Does he deserve any credit for your work?

He is most likely the person who is trying to upload the files.

The technical and operations manual has 45 pages?

Very kind for responding. It took a few seconds to download the first one. Will wait now until the other two are downloaded before installing.

Thanks again for the months of painstaking work. It has been good to follow you.

Yes, thanks Nicholas for all your work, will get onto this as soon as I have the time.

3 parts up now! They come in well under the expected size so I'm thinking due to the upload problems may end up being more than 3 parts. Can't check the files themselves, still downloading.
