Is the file library down?

Recommended Posts

Hey Gang!

I am able to get to the library and view the latest additions but I am unable to download - any ideas?  This started happening today, 6-24-15.

Thanks!

Dennis

Everything I am downloading from the library downloads a zip file but shows 0 bytes....something is definitely going on.  The archive then will not open saying it's incomplete or corrupt....

Same here, zero bytes.

That's a shame Rick because I heard PMDG just wrapped up a secret freeware VC10 and uploaded it to the AVSIM library today :P:lol:

The library is down. Just the download command is not working. We are working on it.

Hope it's not Chamber's Bay in Washington where the US Open was played last week! :o Anyway, we have an excellent tech person who fixes things around the house here and I'm just the messenger.

The problem has been fixed Jim so not sure why you are still having issues.  You might have to clear your browser cache.

Jim, can you please elaborate?  I too have Comcast and am having some issues but everyone else is fine (it's driving me nuts). Who would have thought I'd be the one seeking support? ;)
