Saitek yoke and pedals - where can I buy?

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a decent UK distributor where I can pick up the Saitek yoke and pedals?

I've tried to buy direct from Saitek but their website is rubbish and won't accept my card details, despite the fact my card works.  Prices are highly inflated on Amazon and eBay.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Thomas,

*** Disclaimer - I'm in no way affiliated with FlightStore and am solely posting based on my own experience as a retail customer ***

http://www.flightstore.co.uk/search/saitek is brilliant when it comes to shipping and the price is competitive.  The only issue is that their Saitek pedals are out of stock regularly but you can set a reminder on the site to notify you via email when stock is replenished.

Hope this helps!

Thomas,

I can recommend Scan (though I haven't specifically bought Saitek stuff from them). They do the ProFlight rudder pedals for around 90 quid at the moment, and the yoke for about £116. However, looks like no stock until next month. Delivery would be about a tenner by the looks of it.

Save money and buy on Ebay. Get an extra throttles so you can fly with more options. And get the combat pedals NOT the Cessna pedals, at least for me they feel better and more realistic for more variants.

Thanks guys...

I looked at Flightstore before I made the post and all out of stock.  :(

Scan is out of stock :(

eBay prices are way higher than recommended retail :(

I thought it would be much easier than this!!

I've been through exactly the same, in fact, it just arrived today!  Only took two months.....

The problem (and I've had a number of stores confirm exactly the same thing) is that Saitek are not shipping much to the UK other than X52 Pros due to demand fuelled by things like Elite: Dangerous and Star Citizen, so the only stores that have yokes and pedals in stock are selling them for silly prices.

I got mine (eventually) from Elite Gaming (https://elite-gaming.co.uk/), they were very helpful and very reasonably priced, if in the same boat (stock wise) as most shops, but I do know they have had a delivery of them in the last few days, so give them a ring.

Yeah, ask for Chris, he seems to call the shots.

Just have and spoke to a helpful chap who was "just leaving the building".  He said the Saitek stuff goes out as quick as it comes in.  He asked me to call tomorrow AM and he can check the stock.

Something is up! Business trouble? Every source is out of stock on virtually all Saitek items. Redesign to gain compliance with Windows 10? Who knows! Windows 10 drivers promised on twitter as very soon in early August and nothing! Are hardware issues in the way? Who knows! Twitter page has gone stagnant!

Thomas,

FlightStore will be at the Cosford Flight Sim show on 3 October and list Saitek kit. Although their website lists the yoke as out of stock it would be odd if they didn't have some at the show. Might be worth giving them a call. Here's their website... www.flightstore.co.uk

Just called Flightstore and next delivery is end of October.  Same story from every place I have called.  So don't know what's going on with the Saitek stock in the UK but it has completely dried up by the looks of things. The chap at Elite gaming has my number and will call when stock is replenished.

Can anyone recommend another brand please for a similar price?  To complicate matters slightly I am going to bolt the yoke and pedals to a wheelstand pro because I fly from the sofa so don't have a PC desk so it needs to be compatible with that.

Cheers

Thomas
