I'm really sorry for posting about my personal problem here.

But, If I don't I wouldn't get any help!

 

 

For 2 weeks ago, I got some duplicate charge problems. During transactions, error has occurred.

Then it charge for 345$(69$x5).

 

I wanted to buy only one fsx 737 ngx product..

But my multiple trial get went wrong.

 

Finally I got success with another pay method(PayPal). So finally I succeeded to buy fsx 737ngx.

But duplicate charge problems are not treated.. :sad:

 

 

In PMDG support site  at September 16, 2015. , I leaved 3 tickets about my duplicate charges do end up getting processed

It's been 8 days almost.. but still waiting for agent..

 

 

I'm so nervous to wait more than a week

Do I have to wait more?

 

 

Is there any problem with support team? Is it normal to wait more than a week to get treated?

 

 

Of course, I think PMDG team is fair and reliable. But I can't wait too long more. Because I got real withdrawal about 345$ with two cards(fisrt one is 69$x2, another one is 69$x3)

I think 345$ is not mere trouble for me!

 

 

If you guys have any similar experience like me then please give me some advice plz!

Post your Ticket Numbers in this thread and sign the post with your full name. Maybe Kyle Rodgers who is with PMDG Support will see your post. But he needs your Ticket Numbers and full name to help you.

First of all.... contact the credit card issuer and start something on that side.  Most quality banks will eliminate multiple charges simply on request, it happens.

Sometimes, duplicate charges will "fall off" your account, meaning that they will disappear if the retail merchant realizes the mistake, but if you feel that you need to cover yourself for financial safety, then yes contact your credit card issuer about it.  I'm rather surprised that PMDG doesn't have a more direct way to approach them about issues like that.  I know I have seen these types of threads pop up before from folks who have duplicate charges or get click happy because the website didn't refresh quick enough so they click and click, hoping to get a confirmation screen.

I've cleared the queue a few times this week (which means that other people have as well). I haven't seen it, so I'm guessing they forwarded it on to the relevant person without directly responding to you first. There are only a few people who have the permissions to fix issues like this, however, so it can take some time.

To wores, if this problem don't solved in time, there'll be more complex problem.

I addressed this in the last post: there are only a couple people who can handle those types of requests. I'm not one of them. Please do not unnecessarily create additional tickets for the same problem. It's been passed to someone on the team who can look into it. I'll mention it to them, but please understand creating more tickets about the same issue will only serve to confuse the people trying to work the issue.

While you are waiting, if you have multiple charges on Paypal, they should be willing to fix the problem.  If the multiple charges are on a credit card, why not give them a call as well?

Hmm.. I think mutiple charge is on the PMDG Site..

Why I think like this, I received transaction conformation e-mail from PMDG Site.

That means, PMDG Site has to remove duplicate charges.

 

For reference, I used paypal method, but that was credit card method. So I have couple of withdrawals with my credit card..

 

 

But anyway, for your advice I'll contact paypal too.
