October 19, 201510 yr Thank you Elaine, you're a P*****. I missed the order number it's hidden up the top of the email - yes I'd used the proof of purchase. Should have checked here before raising a ticket . .
October 19, 201510 yr Hello Bird, this happened to me before. I ran out of activation's. I thought i had put in the correct number but i hadn't, theirs 2 different numbers you can use. Order Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Your Proof of Purchase Certificate Number is: xxxxxxxxxx[/size] Put in this one 'zactly.. Easy for typos to cause issues these days.. check and double check.... Be sure your AV doesn't quarantine certain files or you'll need to restore them from the quarantine chest.
October 19, 201510 yr I'd like to even get the new GTN750 for v3 working. Downloaded the new installer, run the exe and it says run out of activations (only ever done one!) So go the reactivate route and it says can't find order number - Which I'd copied in from purchase confirmation. So raise a ticket on F1 - so far no response - maybe I'm not the only one . . .   Don't worry, I have problems every time I have to do a flight1 product reinstall. I have to budget maybe a day or two to get activations/keys or whatever resynched and ready to go for the "reinstall" button. October 19, 201510 yr I just installed the updated GTN750 in P3D 3.0, and it appears to be working well in all regards. I also ran out of activations and had to reset via the Flight1 self-service page. I have only installed it into the default Carenado A36 Bonanza so far. The two aircraft I really want to use it in, the Milviz 310 and Baron, won't be updated for version 3.0 for at least several more weeks :( Jim BarrettLicensed Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic, Avionics, Electrical & Air Data Systems Specialist. October 20, 201510 yr Moderator Jim, it won't be quite that long, but then I've got a lot of stuff on my update agenda now, in addition to my other work. :He He: Fr. Bill AOPA Member: 07141481 AARP Member: 3209010556 Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
