                I am sad to learn about Brian's passing. My condolences. You will find a very welcome community here in this hobby. i have learned much from  very many bright and talented individuals here, Brian being one of them. At the risk of repeating previous posts, when time permits, you will find a wealth of knowledge to deal with finding a home for Brian's sim and he will leave a legacy.
