I am not at home right now so I cant tell you exact - but I think brightness is around half way and bloom a bit less and saturation all the way up

 

I edit p3d.cfg file to 1.4 in saturation line manually if you leave it all the way up in sim settings that 1.4 wont change as default is around 1.0 or something cant remember

 

All monitors are different so your mileage may vary but this will help especially the manual edit - higher the number the more color you will see
