I am going to make this a screen shot thread of the XP Learjet 25 repaints.  I will post my paints here and anyone else can too if they want!

This was my first paint that I introduced on another thread:

Hi Folks,

I think I've become a Lear-A-Holic lately - although they seem to lose some charm when they drop the torpedo like tip tanks... Nice work on some classic paints...

Regards,

Scott

Thanks everyone.

Here is another I will upload.  Personally this is my favorite paint job I've seen on the Learjet 25/35.  There are several of these aircraft painted similar to this, but this one came to my home airport KADS a few years back.  I did my best with it! :P

After hours of tweaking, I uploaded N924BW today.

Most Significant changes were made to the lines on the engines.

N924BW is actually a 1974 Learjet 25B (not D like the one that XP modeled.)  Mostly only subtle differences in the B model from D, such as the wing not having the stall fence that was later implemented.

Here's also a photo I took of the real thing a couple of years ago in Addison.  Thanks for looking!

IDK Scott, I could really go for a glass or partial glass Lear, or ANY bizjet.  I feel like it's going to be years before we see the ES Citation or that "mystery" Lear 60XR!  Argh!

Hi Mitch,

Lovely work. If you find time could you do one with an Australian Rego? VH-???. Would be much appreciated.

I'm using the English version at the moment as I rather like that scheme. Even a VH rego on that or 4BW would be great

Cheers,

Ross.

Hi Mitch,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Don't want you to go to any trouble.

If you can stick a fictitious VH- *** rego on the default UK version or your 15DD that would do me.

Cheers,

Ross

Okay, I put VH-OVS (a former Australian Lear 25B) on the UK version (blue belly).  PM me your email address and I will send it to you!

Awesome...  Love it!  Are you using Photoshop to do these?

Yes, indeed Photoshop.

Nice.  Did you ever upload the latest FSW version paint?  I didn't see it in the library this morning.

There was a jumble up or something, but it is just now up.

On 62DK, I'm thinking about leaving the wing tank lines thicker than they are on the real thing.  What do you guys think?

How do you get the pilots to appear in the cockpit on external view?

Click on the captain yoke.  F/O yoke activates the tie downs.

Also for everyone else, most of my paints have undergone further revisions as I've learned more.  So if you have a favorite, message me and I can get you the latest for that paint job.

Mitchell, Thanks for the repaints,  love this bird!

Any chance N37943, 5th one down could be done? Actually it looks like it would be pretty hard, but it sure looks sharp! Don't think it's flying anymore this is the only picture I could fine.

Thanks again for these paints!

Yeah, that would definitely be a hard one to make look good with all those small lines.  I'm not going to say it won't get done, but it looks pretty difficult for me at least.
