Default P3D v4 looks ugly...

Autogen distance is adjustable with a slider now. Though I'd also like to know how the sim performs in autogen-to-the-horizon-mode, with a top-end GPU.

Im very surprised they haven't done anything with the weather engine or implemented atmospheric scattering.  It was hinted a short time ago that v4 would make use of something like what xplane 11 has in terms of realistic lighting and reflections, but it still looks exactly like v3 to me.  Oh well, at least we will get to use high end addons without the limitations of a 32 bit sim.

Me too. Like rain shafts and vc rain or better cloud rendering. But maybe this is something like we saw on Prepar3D v2 and cloud shadows. 

Either way, I'm in love, and will buy as soon as I possibly can!
