I got the Captain Set, glad I did it!!! I can never ever fly without it plain and simple. Since I started this hobby, fscrew was part of my growing experience with FSX and so forth. BTW the voice set is a hugh plus.

I bought FS2CREW 777 and just bought the new voicepack recently. I understand i will have to rebuy the 777 for p3dv4 but will i have to rebuy the voice pack too ????

Will we see an upgrade to the iFly 737NG software? I loved flying with it in FSX but now I am into the 64-bit P3D4.

Was looking forward to the 64 bit releases as they were the last for a complete transfer of my previous sim setup to 64-bit. Hoping for a free upgrade, but expecting an small upgrade fee. After the release I'm pretty disappointed about just a 5 euro discount....  PMDG, ORBX, HIFI-SIM and a lot of others made their 64 bit upgrades free of charge, even though some of them definitly required a lot of rework. Some have given pretty decent discounts of 40~50% discount price etc. But 5 euro for a 40 euro product? 

If I was to upgrade both my existing FS2crew products that would be 80 euros, even after the discount - Maybe not A LOT of money (on an isolated scale), but still, as I have a family and also other hobbies and expences.... I cannot upgrade my FS2Crew products at this charge, my wife thinks I'm already spending too much on this hobby....

I'll just have to wait, hoping for a "superweekend" or "blackfriday" superdiscount some day on the future, and if that doesn't happen, well then I'll just have to fly the birds solo with no co-pilot.

Well, i must say that i used to buy all my FS2CREW products from simmarket or a while as it is more convenient to have everything in a single place and 2 keep track on it.

I understand that you want to sell your product directly but then at least use a professional interface.

Purchasing 777 64 bits on your website is quite a bad experience.

1 - I had to search for my paypal codes which i never use.

2 - I have to wait for a "manual confirmation" and i am not able to download the product.

We are in 2017 and I would expect a better service from a website which is one of the great name in the FS world

PS: And I agree with an10bill , when you see that the Aerosoft A320 for v4 will be sold at a 60% discount for ex-customers (only 16 EUR) when it has 60% of new code, when you see that sceneries are upgraded for 5 euros or free by most companies, yes i think that a 5 euros discount and a 36 eur price tag is quite cheap...Charlie for a product with nothing new in it.

(I am not a programmer so i might not see the work behind this upgrade but i might guess that there is much more work making a 60% new A320)

Also as i started already it s time to say the following:

It seems that the latest FS2CREW products (at least button control) lacks the perfection and/or customization that older fs9 products gave us.

for instance Aerosoft A320 the captain voice in the PA do not always match the voice from the cockpit and PA announcement are played like coming from a speaker as if we were in the cabin.

the old fs2crew A320 was more realistic in term of procedure and crew exchanges.

For a320 or pmdg777 the captain almost never "check" what the FO says or do like in reel life or even in older fs2crew products.

We cannot access the sound files to modify it to our needs like in the past.

I mean it is logical to have different FO voices but why do we always have to change captain voice too ? It would be much better if we could choose a captain voice and then only change FOs

I know all these things might be details but that's with details that you make a difference (cf PMDG)

Well Byork, no offence, i used to be one of your voices in the good old times and i appreciate you products as i have almost all of it since the beginning, but it seems that lately the lack of competition might not be such a good thing. You are one of the big name in the game, your products are not cheap, so please don't let the top quality slowly go away.

PayPal is generally pretty seamless, at least for me.  But maybe it's different if purchasing from Thailand, if that's where you are from.

Sometimes PayPal can be a bit finicky with users from Russia, etc.

We prefer people buy directly from our site, if anything because when we release updates, they don't have to wait.  They can get them immediately.

 

Other comments:

1. The PA's have a filter effect added to simulate what the people in the cabin hear.  I know your point on this, but that's what the majority of our users want.

2. Being unable to modify the sounds:  That's the way our audio engine works.  Benefit is that the audio files are compressed, meaning you don't have to download a 1 GB plus package.

3. Captain checks what the FO does?  Not sure I follow.  You'll find in the 777 the FO checks the Captain on a ton of stuff.

4. Sorry you disagree on the realism aspect, especially compared to the older FS9 products.  I personally regard NGX Reboot as the pinnacle of what is achievable in the realm of flight crew addons.

I'm not trying to tout my own horn here, but nothing in the history of FS has ever come even remotely close to NGX Reboot.

we didn't hear him thru speakers nor when he was talking to ATC of ground crew. It s the same than people wanting to hear the engines as in the cabin. You barely hear the engines on the ground while in a flightdeck except for take off and almost nothing except some vibration while airborne....

I didn't try the NGX Reboot yet as i mostly fly A320 for shorthaul but might give it a try.

Your spam filter could have nailed the email that's sent to you.  Orders are processed instantly.  There's no delay assuming the payment went through.

You can always log directly into your account and click "Completed Orders" and download via there.

Im in BKK and made a ton  of sim purchases over the years via Paypal including FS2crew. Never had a problem even once

If your having problems better call your bank ,maybe they placed a restriction without telling you. Banks are good at that
