I run no Saitek HW so can't test, and yes a sample of 3 isn't enough. 8 minutes ago, Olympic260 said: Don't believe HW has to do anything with it. I am using CH pedals, throttle quadrant and yoke. Up to now I had only one CTD during taxi I wonder if it's Saitek drivers causing it? Or Saitek something. Cheers, Chris Brand

I have Saitek rudders, Saitek quadrants (two), and Saitek yoke. I've never been able to reproduce a single CTD. I'll note, however, that I do not use the Saitek web drivers. I just employ the native functionality built into Win10. Regards, Chris Chris Powell Precision Manuals Development Grouphttp://www.precisionmanuals.com

But I can fly the other PMDG planes, MilViz's planes, and Carenado's all day long and never have a problem. It only happens with the DC-6. I had to ground it for maintenance till this is worked out, it got too frustrating to have CTD's all the time and most of the time not even an Event Viewer log. Jack Sawyer
August 10, 20178 yr Author I use the Saitek rudder pedals and the Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle and Joystick. I also do not use any Saitek drivers. Regards Gunter Schneider
August 10, 20178 yr Sorry for the late reply. My hardware is all CH, pro pedals, fighterstick, and pro throttle. I am indeed running them through fsuipc. I do also have a fsdt airport installed. I ran live update last night after a crash but I can try disabling it. Is that done through dll.xml or elsewhere? Joseph Catino

The way my crashes appear point to completely different directions. I can seemingly prevent them from happening by disabling GSX. It occurs to me that either GSX itself or perhaps in some ways Couatl is involved although I am not sure if all of us suffering these crashes have GSX (or anything Couatl related) installed. kityatyi I7 6700K 4.6 GHz, MSI Geforce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 2666 MHz RAM, 750GB SSD, 1TB HDD

Regards, Chris I am not sure if it helps Chris but since I disabled GSX and FSDreamTeams Live Update I did not have a single crash to desktop. It's too early to say I am completely CTD free and I will certainly continue testing but for sure I managed to depart from airports I always crashed. Therefore I am now pointing my fingers at FSDT's GSX and/or their Couatl engine. I will report back later. kityatyi I7 6700K 4.6 GHz, MSI Geforce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 2666 MHz RAM, 750GB SSD, 1TB HDD
August 10, 20178 yr I do not have GSX or that, to me at least, wretched Couatl. Couatl through the years has caused more problems than I can count so I uninstalled every shred of it a long time ago. I won't even buy their products till I KNOW they dumped that nonsense. Jack Sawyer

August 11, 20178 yr No FSDT or GSX here either. Neither of them have been anywhere near my system, so there shouldn't even be any "leftovers" from those two. Adam.
