Oops! You want to have only one P3D and the v4 which is 64bit. Launch P3D to start on any scenery then goto Tab World following with Scenery Library. Add the scenery you want and P3D will tell you if added.

OK, I got it. Based on manual I had to add Terrain folder first then VHHH folder.

OK, please check after loaded any P3D v4.1 scenery and goto World TAB then from Scenery Library make sure Kaitak is first and Kaitac_LC is below

Hi captains,

Some help is needed. I'm unable to install T2G VHHH on P3Dv4.2

I run the installer, which get me to the simmarket window in order to get the authorization code. Once I get it, I go back to the installer, paste it and click "Next". There's where my issue comes up. A weird window appear with the message "You must enter a name". offensive initials not allowed!! A name? where? I've installed this scenery on P3Dv3 and v4 without issues. This is the first time I see that window and after been searching a solution on the web, I'm here. Any ideas?? I'm running out of activation slots.

This is a frequently reported problem which Simmarket refused to resolve or was not able due to installer design.  The installer expects that you have a "registered" windows version (aka MS Windows account). If you you did not have a Windows 7/8 account and you free-upgraded to Windows 10 without registering for a MS account, this error occurs.

Solution: You have to enter some name via Windows registry. See the post below. IMO it is a shame that Simmarket did not solve it and rather expects the user to edit the registry.

You need to describe the issue further. Jetway tires, Gate, Aircraft tires, runway, etc Also, what sim FSX or P3D version...

Well,  i use P3DV4.2,  noticed that its compatible but after installation  i have the tires sink problem.    Its the elevation problem all over the airport.

Tonight, I will check on P3Dv4.1 to make sure about. I had v4.2 but reinstalled back to v4.1 because or keyboard NUMPAD issues. So, not sure if I have such elevation problems with OTHH

OK, just did a test in P3Dv4.1 Taxi2Gate OTHH. Loaded PMDG 777 runway 34R then loaded in Gate A10 and jetway worked. In all of these 3 parameters the tires were perfectly in contact on the ground, no issues. I don't have P3Dv4.2 From T2G site there is an update for FSX/P3D which was applied in my scenery. I hope this helps.
