I have startup situation for each one and a startup icon for each on the desktop(s). I'm on my second desktop now. Thank you fences for making that easy. I have to modify the panel in each so the same keys and/or Saitek switches and buttons operate the same panel pop-ups on each aircraft. I wish they would standardize those controls. I'm up to 154 planes now in 6 categories; General Aviation - Commercial Aviation - Military Aviation - Bush Planes - Roswell Museum Propliners and Early Jets - Roswell Museum Warbirds. I'm spending way too much time on this but I can't stop. So many airplanes, so little time. Noel I don't have as many planes, but what I do have I fill niches with. I have my Ultralight Trike, my Cessna Cardinal, my Cessna 337 (push me- pull you), my Piper Malibu, my Beechcraft 200, and my Citation 550. Plus I have a few planes that fall into other niches, like the Light Sport Piper, etc. And I have Xplane which allows me to explore photoscenery from time to time, but I do that with MSE and P3D too. I have my favorite routes of flight, like today I flew from Bishop California to Ontario, just so I could enjoy the vistas of the Sierras. When I choose a route, I choose the aircraft that will best fly the mission based on speed, and endurance, It is so much fun to start up the 337 and fly VFR from Napa to Reno, chillin' at ten thousand feet.
March 10, 20188 yr Author Cactus, before I got kicked off the Orbx forum I posted a flight there with pictures from Bakersfield to Furnace Creek (Death Valley) to Bishop and then west over the ridge to the Kern River in the high country and following it back to Bakersfield. Nice round robin trip where you can see both the highest and lowest points in the continental United States. When I was a teenager (back in the 40s) my dad and I backpacked into the high Sierras. I love that country. When we lived in Utah I flew my kids to grandma's house in California in a Cherokee 180. Left Ogden Utah and flew to Reno to refuel. At Reno I took off to the south and then circled until I had enough altitude to cross the ridge to Lake Tahoe. From there is a nice downhill glide to Gnoss Field in Novato just north of San Francisco. I've reprised that flight several times in FSX. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.

Welcome to FS Anonymous. Our virtual coffee is the worst in any hangar, anywhere... While I no longer download planes or scenery, over the past few decades I've found a new addiction: I build planes and code avionics! Fr. March 10, 20188 yr It`s not so much aircraft with me it`s scenery airport`s I keep getting suckered into buying more, I don`t know how much 64bit P3D can take but I'm bound to find out in the future, how long before v5 comes out. Raymond Fry.
