Alright...I have the PMDG 737, 747, PSS A32X, LDS 767...would FS Passengers work with these being that they (747, 767) have complex weight and balance programs outside of the default FS W&B? I'm worried specifically about the 747 and it's fuel system..?

I would get the RealAir Marchetti and the ATR-72.I haven't spent much on addons except for the PMDG 1900C, got U.S. Waters but it isn't installed right now. Ground Environment Pro and Level-D 767, or if you can swing it, those two + Active Sky V6. GE Pro makes FS look VERY nice, the 767 is probably the best bang-for-your-buck jet addon ever created for FS, and AS6 is just plain awesome.It's win-win :)
