Anyone knows what i can do ?

@Michael Moe don't use texture_size_exp=10, problem solved. I tested it previously and only noticed a very marginal difference between 9 and 10 (9 is equivalent to the HIGH_RESOLUTION_TERRAIN_TEXTURES=1 anyway) and it took a lot longer to load and hit framerate.

Yes, Delete Orbx. It's not needed imo.

The textures look nice and sharp. Your setting are off the charts I can only dream of running them setting, that's one great PC you must have.

Simwings LEBL is stunning, amazing FPS imo you really don't need orbx on top of it for airline work.

Agreed. I run with the Simwings/Aerosoft version too, yes, it is stunning.

Actually i am using this Combo with disabling FTX ORBX LEBL and the FSL A319 and i have no issues and smooth approaches and takeoffs with @25FPS in P3DV4.3, 4K , (only EXP=9)

OOM in P3D 4.x? Possible, but only with less then 8GB RAM ...

RAM ≠  Virtual memory. If the RAM and VRAM is full, the system can fall back on a page file so it's very difficult to get an OOM with 64 bit unless you've some kinda memory leak that uses up all the address space.
