March 15, 20206 yr Can anyone confirm if KATL is still planned for P3D? I'm on the fence on whether to get the Imaginesim version Shom MSFS2024 running on Win 11, 4K screen, Z790 AORUS ELITE AX-W, i9-14900K, MSI 3080Ti, Corsair 2x32GB 6000 MHz, 1+2TB M.2 NVMEs
March 15, 20206 yr To me either 2 things have happened. 1. It's Dead. 2. It's very much alive, they just don't want to have to answer the whole series of "When will it be done" questions. I'm guessing it's 1. But strange if #1 they wouldn't just confirm they have stopped. ATL is my home airport and one that I fly in/out of more than any other. I also love FlyTampa. So I really hope they make it. The skeptic in me doesn't even know how they could do ATL to their standards without significant performance issues. In the meantime I'm decently satisfied with IS's version. With what we've seen in LVFR's FLL, I would love to see a sloped runway added to ATL like real life. 5800X3D, 4090FE, 64GB DDR4 3600C16, Gigabyte X570S MB, EVO 970 M.2's, Alienware 3821DW and 2 22" monitors, Corsair RM1000x PSU, 360MM MSI MEG, MFG Crosswind, T16000M Stick, Boeing TCA Yoke/Throttle, Skalarki MCDU and FCU, Logitech Radio Panel/Switch Panel, Spad.Next
March 15, 20206 yr Atlanta is still on the FlyTampa world map, so I am not really sure why anyone would think that it is "dead". I would think with the recent update from Asobo about the SDK that they're already full steam aheah on ATL for 2020.
