It does not install via add-on.xml method. This is odd for a product that is advertised to be exclusively for p3d v4 and requesting extra charges.

Use Lorby Si’s Addon Organizer and change it into a XML addon...

And are you able to find it in scenery library?

Yes.

With my no buildings issue, i got anwer from ru-simmarket to put LFMN at top of scenery library, but i have also JFKV2 airport and it is pinned at nr 1, i cannot move it any lower to put LFMN at the top. So does that mean that i have to un-install JFKv2 first ?  poor solutions ! some  p3dv4 airports must be at the top ??  what if we do a flight from KJFK to LFMN ?  change the list order during flight ?  ;-(

I held off upon initial release, just wasn't convinced from the off. Couple of updates later and, on sale at Simmarket, i have taken the plunge and purchased. Im currently on my way from DD EGGP to JS LFMN (pbr-pbr 😃) and looking forward to the landing. I only own 1 other airport from these guys and i have been quite satisfied so far. EZY17AE......... enjoy your approach!

Just a quick question, i have installed LFMN for Version 5.1. The scenery is ok (although it looks pretty dark at the apron), but the surrounding does not look good at all...look at my screenshot. It looks stunning from top down (Photoscenery?), but not while onto Taxiway to RWY22R for example...any suggestion? Thanks in advance, Markus

o yes indeed. Looks like Nice has got a problem on the "hill"... 😉

I have the same feeling about the surrounding visual looks. Really lacking.

JustSim has not done anything about the surrounding area.

And NICE is sooo beautiful, if it where done proper in the sim a really good place to enjoy the approaches!

Like marseille....

Your only option might be FranceVFR. They are on sale now, but there's always been compatibility issues with OrbX autogen. Seems these might have been fixed though, or workarounds were found:

Thank you guys @Benjamin J and @mpo910 for your quick answers, so everything is ok with my scenery...although it is really sad because Nice is so beautiful, but ok, gotta live with that until an update is coming or another developer is gonna make that scenery...France VFR actually is no option - i like ORBX and don´t want to interfere with ORBX LC Europe.

One more update from my side: I found out that ORBX is working on a project called "ORBX Cityscape Cote d´Azur" since 2015. It was already discussed in the ORBX Forum, but the project is neither cancelled nor ready to talk about release dates. So perhaps we get a release of this beautiful landscape in the future - that would really be the perfect addition to the airport.

Markus

Yes this has been going for so long that I dare say people in this thread assume it will never see the light of day anymore - hence I (and I suppose @mpo910) have not mentioned it...

Even ORBX Cityscape Barcelona did not make it in v5 till now. And this product isn't so old at all.

We will see what the future brings.
