What am I doing wrong?

I'm logged into www.flightsimulator.com and all I see is the short 6 second video of the blurred aircraft and that's what I see if I'm NOT logged in, what gives?

OK I figured out how to see the roadmap but how do I see the screenshots and clips?

None of the bullet points are links to anything and the Media tab in the top menu bar only shows the initial announcement video.

Have you logged into the Insider section? 

Yes Rick, At least I think I am., I can see the roadmap and my profile icon top right gives me a logout option so I must be logged in.

Subscribed to the Insider, but never got an e-mail.  I guess I'll have to wait until it comes out.

Not sure that anyone got an email Andy. I certainly didn't but i am able to login.

There is a link "Insider home", Right at the top.

Do u have a MS Account? I just logged in with that 

I`m just wondering if I missed it or there was no mention about a beta/early access release date?

I suspect Microsoft will contact the chosen ones through the insider login or by email.

When the insider forum goes live that could be when it kicks of.

On the Home page, there is a block that says Insider Login.  Click on this. When you get to the new page, click on the block that says Insider Home. Scroll down and you will see the pics first and below them, the videos. Click on any video and it should play.

Make sure you look in the upper right of the screen and make sure the circle doesn't have a figure in it . If  its' blank, then you are logged into Insider.

I can now see the photos and videos. Before all I could see was the road map, all there was below were the bullet points about the update.

Hope accessing the sim is as difficult as this 🤪

The roadmap says there will be a build program update on August 29th, so in two weeks.  The roadmap also has the build program tech alpha in mid September, so it looks like we might be getting our hands on the sim (or at least a part of it) about one month from now.

Do you think it is possible to use the BETA without restriction? Many developers offer this possibility. I think it would be great to play it earlier and minimize the bugs for the release.

Maybe it would be good to know for the pre-alpha which performance our computers need?

Microsoft will know that, you will have to send a DXdiag report most likely which will tell them your system spec and drivers installed. and if your drivers are up to date.
