FS is on the WEBCAST!!!!!!

Thx Nick, im all exited now after reading about the features of FSX on your blog, the mission based element sounds really cool, this is one feature i missed in FS, and it will get alot more interested in flightsimming.OHN

They just did a demo of FSX...though it looked like a canned video, it does look smooooooth.Robert

Man! It is gonna be a loooooooonnnnng year!!!!Awesome flight off of the boat in the Bell. This looks amazing! For MS to feature FSX in the webcast shows you just how dear it is to them.

Looks awesome Nick, thanks for hosting those...I guess AvSims servers are getting a pounding right now :-)Chris Porter:-outtaPerthWestern Australia

See the birds flying around the docked boats?

Am I the only one that expected the "new graphics" to be more than these recycled FS9 graphics with filters added on? Because really, based on these shots, that's about all that's changed. I welcome the dynamic alpha, but this one scores WAY below expectations IMO.Daniel P.

Wasn't canned it was live...:)Cheers,Jason

Chris, AVSIM predicted two or three years ago that DVD was the way to go. I am surprised that you are surprised. And the answer is, yes, larger data sets, and much more in terms of scenery, if I were a betting kind of guy. :)

Anyone spot cloud shadows yet?

Looks great! It appears as though there is a lot more for people who are not interested in flying airliners in this version by providing better looking default scenery, different types of A/C, and more stuff for folks who like to fly helicopters. Also I like the thing about having missions because it could potetially open up a new door for MSFS. Taylor
