And who is Sébastien Augros? Didn't find any info about him and his connection to Asobo/Microsoft.

I highly doubt that. He speaks French flawlessly and without any accent whatsoever and English with a French accent, his Dad may be German (Wloch is a german family name from Polish origin by the way).  I've worked with Germans having a very fluent French. Sebastian sounds French through and through 😉.
