So has it been confirmed that these are the same Sebastian's? In my experience, Sebastian is a more common name in Europe. What about the part where this person says they are not employed by Asobo? If this is speculation, it's going to be a rumor that we constantly hear about. It also puts Asobo/MS in a difficult situation if this is wrong.
