I think I haven't gotten one either but as long as we have completed the survey it should be fine I think. My insider profile definitely shows I'm signed up for recruitment for tech alpha/alpha.

I also get the notification that I can't change my dxdiag file while recruitment is underway. As long as you've completed the survey to sign up for testing you're in the pool of applicants, just like those who got an email.

Try deleting cookies and temp files, or using another browser.
