February 20, 20206 yr It is 5:38 PM EST right now. Updates have come out as late as 7:30 PM EST, so if it is coming today and not delayed, it should be out in the next two hours. Sometimes they post them early enough for European users to check them out before sleep, but most of the time they do not. Surely they are not preparing the updates in the last minute so I'm not sure why they cannot be consistently scheduled for just a few hours before.
