I think All The King's Horses and All the King's A&P Mechanics are gonna be using Humpty's name in vain trying to get that Harbour Air Turbo-Otter flying again.

A bit of super glue and some speed tape tape will fix that, no problem !

I have flown from that seaplane base many times, it's a locked gate in a public area which is opened and manned by whichever seaplane operator is loading their passengers at that time-There are no security guards as far as I can remember.  Shame that the Beaver was so heavily damaged, wonder if it will ever fly again.

And they didn't catch the guy ... wow, sounds like they have ZERO security there.

Pretty much, Vancouver Island is an awesome place this is such an isolated event it probably won't change anything either.

The country I live our cops don't carry guns and our parliament buildings are monitored by CCTV, That's called an awesome place to live too. But everyone knows everyone so when you do something illegal cops just go down to the local pub and they will rat you out. Also most of our cops are former rugby players so when you try and run they just tackle you, they don't need guns. 🤣

It happened right in downtown Vancouver at Coal Harbor at the convention center, not sleepy Victoria.

My Grandpa always told me, if it's supposed to turn and it doesn't, use WD-40. If it does turn and it isn't supposed to, use duct tape............

Lol, good one.  Imagine being the inventor of either of those products and how much they have helped us all.  Like sticky notes those items were fortunate accidents during research and development and the person who happened upon those "mistakes" likely got nothing for the discoveries.  Sorry to be going off on a tangent.

The fact that is WD-40 Means there were 39 failures first.
