Asobo Studios Multiplayer Flyover

I think you may be a little optimistic by planning this for the 19th. 😄

But hey, I'm interested in seeing what happens.

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;

Probably better - as Hook says - to leave it a couple of weeks - let us all get up to speed on the new sim.

Let's make a date for maybe September 18th. Gives us all a month to get with it.

Gives me an outside chance to port this over and turn up pulling VTOLs - who knows. . .

This would be fun to participate in, if ya'll have room let me know! Instead of using vatsim, you could start a discord server and when the time comes, let everyone join a voice chat, just for communication. You say your call sign (like N571NA) before stating your message, like atc except it would just be for communication and organization. You would say your registration so everyone would at least know the pilot of what aircraft is talking (since in multiplayer the registration is displayed over the aircraft).

Thanks so much for all the interest everyone!

How about 5th September? Will amend orginal topic if I can.

5th is a Saturday which I think will be a much better date than mid-week. As much as I want to, I won't be taking vacation to fly the new sim (though I probably should - Covid has kept me from taking any other vacation lately so I have plenty). I'll bookmark this thread to keep tabs on it and will do my best to show up to whatever ends up being planned.

Hummm.....I think of Bordeaux as a delicious wine, not a location of a development studio.

When: Flyover 19th August @ 1930UTC (gives us a day to work everything out once we install the sim)

Where: Meet online at Bordeaux airport aircraft parking; depending on interest we may need time slots.

We doing this then chaps? Any chance of a bit more info as regards a route or something?

Hi, is this still valid? Not absolutely sure I manage in time, but if you are still going to fly, I would try.

Did this ever happen? It seems to have fallen off the radar (excuse the pun!).

OS:     Win11 Home; Mobo: Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4; CPU: Intel i5-12400 (Alder Lake) 4.4 GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 64Gb (4x16GB) 3600 MHz; GPU:  MSI Radeon RX 5700XT [8GB]
SSD:  Corsair Force MP510 (for OS);  2x 1TB & 1x 2TB Sabrent Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 (one for sim, two for addons)
HDD:  Seagate 3TB (Data); Seagate 1TB (Programs), ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ1B Curved 31.5" monitor, 1440p, 38Mbs ethernet

Fulcrum One Yoke, Honeycomb Bravo throttle, Thrustmaster Airbus TCA sidestick & throttle, Logitech Pro pedals, Xbox wireless gamepad (1st gen)

I think too many of us had install issues upon release, I've only had MFS running 1 week!
