Asobo is great, but Microsoft is still Microsoft.

I share your frustration. I had to get my device registered, create a pin and all that garbage, then i got the MSFS prepurchase app installed. Tonight, I was trying to see if I could get the larger 1.7.12 downloaded. I could not, still on 1.6.10.

Then, a Windows update of some description got installed and now the MS Store is completely broken. I get an "oops could not load" message, and no apps page what so ever. Grrr..

Sorry Bert but when I go to the HOME of Microsoft Store, I see NOTHING that links me to a library.  I've searched and get no help.  I've googled MS Store library and get nothing

It does not show a serial number .  Does anyone else see this ?

Dont believe the serial number is an issue. That only pertains if you have a MS device with a warranty like the Surface. 

This is all I see on resolution (link below) . Resetting the cache. If this doesn't work maybe ask for a refund and purchase from Steam. When this stuff works it great , when it doesn't it's frustrating . Good luck

This may be my whole problem.  I never have to LOG IN to my PC .  No pin or passwords.  My home is occupied by myself and spouse.

Go to the three dots in the upper right hand corner.

Click and it should give you some options... One is My Library

I have been having that also today... but eventually it works.

Thanks! Just poking around on the web and on Reddit it's been reported that signing out of the store, rebooting, then signing back in may fix it. I'll try tomorrow. I'm done for tonight. Drinking heavily instead! Lol
