August 17, 20205 yr All, I'm unable to setup my yoke. Has anyone been able to do this? Would you mind sharing your profile? Tim
August 17, 20205 yr Author Bump It recognizes the yoke but none of the buttons work. Throttle doesn't do anything during the game. Tim
August 17, 20205 yr I feel your pain. I have JetMax and PFC hardware, neither of which is officially supported. I can't wait until Friday to see if it works. If not, I'm dead in the water and will have to go back to P3D until I get something else. Edited August 17, 20205 yr by B777ER Eric
August 17, 20205 yr If you have the good ole' basic "CH FlightSim" yoke, according to this post: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/579266-anyone-with-ch-yoke-in-beta/?tab=comments#comment-4284342 it works fine in FS2020 but you'll have to map the controls manually as that yoke has not been "pre-mapped" as many other more recently released ones in the sim. The following video will walk you through it easily: Peripherals Setup in FS2020: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DXdGaRgnhU Be advised that the original poster of the forum thread linked above said he got all buttons and axis' to work with exception of the hat switch. I have the same yoke actually, and am waiting to download the sim tonight when it's available in my region. If you have success at mapping the hat switch let us know here ay? I will likely upgrade to the Honeycomb Yoke soon but i was curious to see if I can get by with the CH until I can get one. August 17, 20205 yr I'm a relative newbie to all this stuff, so this could be something you've tried already. I played Flight Simulator 2004 a lot about 15 ago with my CH Yoke and pedals and it was great back in the day. I could never get into FSX as my CH controls were incredibly erratic in that game. I decided to try and get FSX to work properly to get back into things before the launch of FS2020. I downloaded the CH Control Manager program, used it to calibrate my products, and now my yoke and pedals are working fine, and I can enjoy FSX. The calibration within FSX did not work for me. Albeit a few of the buttons on the yoke don't work any more, I think because it's 15 years old and been battered about a bit. http://www.chproducts.com/Flight-Sim-Yoke-v13-d-705.html Calum Watt
August 17, 20205 yr I can’t seem to get mine working. I napped the axis for ailerons and elevator and it shows them moving in the settings menu but doesn’t actually move them on the aircraft 😞 MSFS 2024
August 17, 20205 yr Well I hope this is not an issue as I picked up a CH Eclipse and a hat is a must for me being right handed I cant deal with left handed hat yokes - hope this is not an issue Rich Sennett
