Id like for FSUIPC, spad.next and a few other things to start up together with MSF. I also want to start MSF up without the splashscreens. Can someone help me with this?

Add this to your bat: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start shell:AppsFolder\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App "-FastLaunch"

And how about the next part of my question regarding starting programs together with MSF, like FSUIPC and Spad.next?

Right click on the desktop. create new shortcut, enter the above line of text.

This will start RTSS with MSFS.. adapt to your needs.. save as bat file.

I also figured out how to just make a shortcut of the application I want to run at windows startup, and put the shortcuts in the windows startup folder.

I tried adding -'RemovePressAnyKey'   

Doesn't work... ☹️

On a more serious note, for people who are really desperate to get around the 'press any key' so that the sim is at the main menu by the time you have come back with your coffee, there used to be freeware Macro programs that would record key presses and mouse clicks (with exact mouse position), and at your particular timings.  That would work if these programs aren't blocked by your security software (might be categorised as keyloggers).
