So in fact, a whole street with unfinished houses where actually people live in? Sounds familiar to me.......I AM living in such a house right now too. Great to see others live with the same standards.....And...I want Philips HUE! Also I want my roof getting fit because I have rain here and then in my house.

The Garden looks strange from time to time. Yesterday we had some fog and still the "green grass" shined through it as there was no fog above my garden.

And for I forget...the Sun is not always south at 18 o`clock but is much more further as his light refelction does.........I did actually closed the sun-blocker at my wrong window due that fact

But hey. Think about the worser houses. Some people can not got into their houses in the other city. And they may have weather system for their home automation but that does not work either, winds not correct, baro insuffient, etc.

Homeautomation doesn´t work either.......Their was even one who lost his complete house after his home automation crashed it.

His neighbour would looked out of his window and did not see his garden anymore, he thought it was his eyes......but no....the garden was just not clearly seen, even without fog! And his garden lays directly behid his window!

So I love my somehow smaller unfinshed house better as that ones in the neighbourhood.

My house has automation.....and at least I can see my garden....allthough to clear even with fog.....

I can't be bothered to check out the listing at the other end of the street. I can't afford a posh villa anyway, and the lack of bathroom facilities is a deal breaker. I live at the opposite end of the street at Number 4.5 (Flat HF2). Not the best house on the block, but everything works. I had a new generator installed last Christmas, and that has enabled me to use the new lighting system that had been dormant for a couple of years. At last I can see in the dark!

You are my favorite neighbour! Much better than the neighbours in the other city!

Has any newer 3rdP tried to break past your SDK 'home' Security System?   

There's reports that somebody's dog name DX'er 12  is barking up a storm nearly at 6.7 GB's of the range of his 8GB vocal cords...and some find that rather irritating.  I have had a few people over at my front door, with the address of 5.1 LM Lane...asking me to keep the 'noise' down.  I just smile, shrug, and say sure...I'll see what I can do! 😉  

My property insurance policy I think will cover that...and oh...before I hang up the phone...I'm most excited to say...that my new kitchen skylight called TrueSky by the manufactuer...is expected to ship shortly...allowing me a great view of the surrounding weather!  Really looking forward to its delivery and installment!

Just a word of caution on that new TrueSky thingamyjig you just bought for your house. Its certainly a high tech upgrade, but they haven't ironed out all the wrinkles just yet! On rainy days I have heard the view is a bit of a hit and miss affair. Hopefully they will get it sorted.

 

On the other hand, there are some other manufacturers purporting that an even greater, better view is entirely possible with some new technology that's on the market.

Its currently being installed in those new homes as standard fit in that new neighbourhood we've been talking about, but the latest gossip down our street is that some of those folks that moved in early, seem to be having a LOD of problems.😉

I heard that they were having a lot of electrical problems up at "the villa". Some guy reckoned it was almost like being in a thunderstorm

A bit like my fully functional leaking roof. It keeps the rain out and me dry on days of full sunshine and and keeps me from overheating on cold rainy days.  Works a treat LOL

Yeah...I think I have the door to door salesman's brochure on that...but he also told me...to run it properly,    ..I'd need a new triple fan Power Out generator...ah..er...oh...I think the model number was 3090 or something.  He said, that my present unit that came with the house, just isn't up to the job.  Here we go, I said...
