Anyone else? Is this a known issue? This is the first time I got her up in the air and she's freaking out on me.

I've brought this issue up as well, happening at different altitudes and speeds.  What you can try is gently pulling back on the controls and it will settle, but you'll have to adjust again to descend.

This started after release of the last patch '1.9'.  Hopefully it's fixed in the next patch or they're going to tick allot of people off.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR

Does the same on other aircraft also. Recall something years ago FSX doing the same. I have found reducing climb airspeed helps.

Either disengage AP, switch to VS and keep a lower rate like Adrian suggested, increase your speed/lower altitude, or wait and pray it gets unbroken. On the CJ4 200+ kts climb, never go above FL380 and keeping 160 using VS well beyond final approach fix is my current "workaround".

Based on yesterday's update, this isn't going to be looked at until Update 9. Sigh. Maybe the next update will fix the bounce on its own, lol.

Are you hand flying or on AP?  If on AP which modes are you using?

Yesterday I did OMA-ORD. It started bouncing at start of descent at FL280 (FD|VS|NAV|AT) and it bounced all the way until final pretty much, it stabilized around FL025 at 160kts, still on AP. Landed by hand and finished the flight, but it was annoying as heck.

These things could be looked at if they would just give us access to the .cfg files. It would take a couple of numbers to fix the fact Asobo shorted us 10,000 pounds of fuel. Right now according to their timeline, we will not see these fixed until NEXT YEAR.

I’m going to try this...

FS2020

Alienware Aurora R11 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10700F - Windows 11 Home 32GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR

Rob Young in the user notes to his Bonanza mod noted:

“IMPORTANT!!!! After loading one of the liveries and before you fly, please move your aileron, elevator and rudder controls fully left/right, forward/back. For some reason there could be a bug in FS2020 with custom flight models that do not properly settle stick calibrations until you have moved all the control surfaces fully. This particularly happens if you reload/resync any aircraft after editing or using developer mode. Without full cycling your ailerons the pitch trim becomes linked to elevator movements.”

I know this is not a custom flight model, but might this be an issue. The pitch trim being linked to elevator movement that the autopilot is fighting with? Maybe 🤔 try doing as per above and see if the behavior changes.

Brilliant. Sad but brilliant. Too bad he didn't get the left hand descending death spiral in that too. Incredible this isn't even being worked on based on the announcement yesterday! 😞

This needs to be a demand from all of us.  Started a thread on the official forums:
