Are you actually loading that many addons at a time? I use the AddonsLinker to position only those specific mods and scenery that I need for a particular flight. That method for me started long ago with FSX photoreal sceneries with the much appreciated SceneryConfigurator app. Frank Patton Corsair 5000D Airflow Case; MSI B650 Tomahawk MOB; Ryzen 7 7800 X3D CPU; ASUS RTX 4080 Super; NZXT 360mm liquid cooler; Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 4800 MHz RAM; RMX850X Gold PSU;; ASUS VG289 4K 27" Display; Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo, Crosswind 3's w/dampener. November 11, 20205 yr I wonder if the Xbox flyers will actually spend time....flying! It seems half of the time in here people spend installing mods, hacks, community add-ons, graphics editors, then troubleshooting why things don't work after a patch is installed, in a nutshell anything but....flying! All those Google sourced cities for example. I only have a couple installed, like DTLA and Disney, and they're fine. My CTD's were caused by A320 liveries. I know what you mean I recall it from being a kid and playing army w/ the little green plastic soldiers. You would spend all the time setting stuff up and then when it was time to 'play army' with them, there really wasn't anything to do! I'm probably morphing over towards the Xbox side as I really value things to 'just work' and always work towards the goal of spending all of my time flying. No community hacks, no community add-ons, and I'm patient now to see where Asobo takes it. It's quite good out of the box I feel--so I don't miss the inane setup one does to get P3D up and running well. I do use one crutch in P3D, and that is FSCaptain, which provides meaning to 'just flying' for me. I long for the day it's available in MSFS, and the dev would love to do it but the SDK is still too weak in terms of Lvars for their product. November 11, 20205 yr Yeah I think XBOX will be a good choice for many. And all the add-ons will sooner or later be in the marketplace anyways. However, you'll be missing out on all of the free stuff. - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
