Some are still blurry but only the ones in the distance and you can't really notice them. RTX 2080Ti and my settings are all on Ultra with render scaling set to 120. I have also set sharpening to 1 and grain removal to 1 in Nvidia control panel. Right, those look great because you're so far away. Get up close and it's a blob lacking detail. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

Why does that matter if the plane is above the clouds lol? It's all an illusion the point was they look great now after the update. Before the update they wouldn't look half as good that far away.

I'm not even sure what the OP means.... close clouds are pixelated? Or far clouds are pixelated? | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

The clouds at a distance like even at FL350 and say the clouds are at FL200/FL300 they look very very blurry and grainy. It's actually worse in sim because the compression in the picture blends in the grainy artefacts into the image.

January 23, 20215 yr I think the clouds look absolutely stunning and a few grains here and there is minuscule compared to the clouds I had in XP11. Decades ahead.

January 23, 20215 yr As I use one wide view spread over 2 43” displays I surely see the issue from closeby. Clouds in the distance, like Ryan mentioned, look good because they are far away. Zooming out, like in spotplane view will mask it. No option for me with a real size cockpit.. Yeah they looked really really bad like you did not even want to look outside. Worst thing was you would be having amazing performance at the same time , 40fps no stutters just smooth flying. The clouds are better now and as you said if you look closely you can see they are a bit blurry in the distance it's still makes for a b believable scene.
January 23, 20215 yr Never had an issue, but probably partly becasue I turned off sharpening and film grain and all sharpening in nvidia settings long ago, but also probably becasue most of my flying is at 500' AGL and often in the clouds rather than above them.
