Well if it is the weather radar. They had plenty of time with many other bugs also to resolve.

 It continue to put more time into other aircraft for p3d or msfs. With our ironing out most of the issues with one aircraft first.

like building developers building a lot of property’s but are complete garbage.

Currently doing the same flight. To see what happens.hopefully it does not freeze.

noticed a couple  more issues that they said they would resolve and have not been.

TCAS still screams out traffic upon take off with no traffic in sight.

TO/GA cannot be assigned to a key as it overshoots speed above 10000ft keeps climbing and overspeeding.

I have done a couple flights online at Vatsim and have not seen this in p3d 5.1.

Same here in both 4.5 and 5.1 since the 787 has been released. As a matter of fact I can't remember the last time I had a CTD in P3D. And this is from both this and last PC builds with tons of addons. 

Also weather radar with asp3d not depicting precipitation and its raining in Vancouver.

Just landed and no fmc freeze and ctd.

Which is great .

edit nvm I increased the gain to +3

Then  it worked. Why is that the case?

still doing further testing.I am actually speaking with a few rated 787 pilots also using this bird and are saying qw still need to address a few issues. They are saying it has potential thou.

Now back to trying to figure out this word not allowed sound drop with atc.

Are you reporting the issues you are seeing on there forum so they can correct them?

Personally I have not had any crashes with the plane, but I'm a great pilot 😎.      Lol...🤪

yes I did, just waiting upon a response.

in the meantime ive  completely uninstalled and reinstalled.

Just need the time to do some test flights.

Has anyone managed to get the jump ahead feature to work? Each time I use it I end up in an unrecoverable nosedive.

Yeah that's the problem I have too, work always gets in the way of doing anything I have planned. I'll try and get the update done soon but the wife's b-day is this weekend so likely will not have time this weekend either. But hey I will be retiring in like 30 years and maybe then I can fly. Lol...

Out of curiosity, how do you know it's the plane that crashed the sim? I get p3d crashes from time to time, and not always in the same plane. It is not a 100% stable sim, especially if you have addons.

So I performed the update last night and performed a quick flight. I also did not see the weather radar working, What are you referring to when you say increase the gain? Did this fix the weather radar?

Also the "traffic traffic" never sounded either, is this turned off by default?

Other then that the plane performed great.
