April 13, 20215 yr I think they said they would try and release the sim and world update together this time. I would be surprised if it is not delayed or cut back in some way due to the amount of work involved. I am really not too fussed about these updates. At this stage I wish they would just stabilise the sim, fix up some bugs (areas with pausing / manipulators etc.), and forget about extra content for a while - it can come later. The extra content and feature updates always seems nicer on top of a well running sim. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. While Asobo asked for 300 beta testers for the release of World Update 4, it's not the same thing as an "opt in" beta test which would allow players to opt into a beta test version before the patch is released. An "opt in" beta test will stabilize MSFS much better before each patch release.
