I cant think they will be able to use all user addons, but who knows. I will stick to the pc version. Paul Grubich 2017 - Professional texture artist painting virtual aircraft I love. Do the Avis thing, try harder 😉. Each individual throttle works all right with the mouse wheel. June 21, 20214 yr So does this mean the throttle wheel on my old CH pro joystick won't work on the DC-6? (Still haven't purchased it). Martin Sims: MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024 and X-plane 11 Home Airport: CYCW - Chilliwack, BC Canada i5 13600KF 32GB DDR4 3600 RAM, RTX3080TI Meta Quest 3

The point is the four engines have to be started one at a time.. You can crack the four throttles all together before the process begins but have to move each throttle a little bit back to slow the RPM after each start. and for that you have to use a mouse (or the HC Bravo for those having one) . If your wheel works on another aircraft throttle, it a priori should with the 6. I just have one throttle assigned to all four engines, if the idle is a bit fast on the just started engine, I just move the throttle a bit and then reset it to the idle speed I want.
June 21, 20214 yr The PMDG DC-6 is a very complex aircraft and need to be flown using appropriate controls. IMHO, it's a waist of time and money to try to take short cuts or fake the controls. The joy of this simulation is to become part of the aircraft and fly it like you are immersed in the time period that the DC-6 was active. it's a pilots airplane and need to be treated as such.
