M20R MSFS Fuel Selector

Featured Replies

After the SU5 the M20R fuel selector stays in the OFF position. I am not able to switch it to one of the tanksqafiQ0H.png

I also have that problem, I already tried bye deleting and installing again the plane but no change

Believe I read they are in process of an update...  But I have had a problem with this plane for a while.  The Seminole flies great but the M20R mostly in the hanger.

YMMV Steve

I have switches that I change tanks with and like you the tanks wouldn't change. HOWEVER, when I used my switches to try to get them to work I did hear the click of a switch. Unfortunately I used a switch again and the fuel switched off. So it's working behind the scenes but the animation is on the blink.

You may also notice that you cannot tune com 2 or nav 2...at least, I cannot.

have you downloaded all of the updates available in the manager?  I had the same problem with the BE58 and after downloading the updates it fixed the fuel and GPS range.

Yeah already downloaded all updates but no

No update for the M20 yet. It'll be along soon I expect.

Same here, fuel selector doesn't work. It used to work before SU5. I hope Carenado will repair this soon.

Kind regards, Michael

I have the same problem but with the PA28.

I haven't flown the PA28 since the Just Flight version came out, but would like the Mooney working.

Same here. It seems there is an issue with the speed breakers aswell wich don't deploy anymore above the wings (despite the noise is still here)

Another month gone. I have completed a VFR world tour in the Mooney before SU 5 and it had been my favorite aircraft till that time. Now I haven't been able to fly it for a long time. We paid for this product. Can we have some support please? Did anyone find a solution or got some update via another channel?

Greetings,

Microsoft just releases the update, try deleting the aircraft's folder on the directory (installation path) and reinstall from the content manager.

Regards,

I checked and the fuel selector is working again.

I updated via the content manager last night and it is working again.  Did not need to delete anything.

But now at idle the plane will shut down.  I think the carbs need adjusting.....
