Generally these kind of sceneries hit the fps, besides they are nice. August 16, 20214 yr I bought it yesterday and detect no loss of performance on my mediocre rig. The new buildings, and there's loads of them, blend in really well. For the price I think it's an essential purchase if you love New York or want a place to showcase just how stunning this sim can be. August 16, 20214 yr Too bad they didn't spend their time modelling a city which doesn't have photogrametry already. How is it possible there is no performance hit?

Even Orbx, with all the years of development behind them seemed to stick to the west coast, europe and pretty much anywhere but the east coast of the US, which I have always felt was very neglected. Oh, well...... 😕 Probably because it doesn't technically "connect" to the island of Manhattan and provide a way in or out of Manhattan is my guess... It's a connector between Staten Island and Brooklyn over the Narrows not a connector to NYC so makes sense they didn't get to it otherwise they'd have to expand to the boroughs. 2 minutes 10 seconds, the raised heliports alone make it worth it for me. I hoped they got all the heliports around the island modelled that just showed the financial district.... Edited August 16, 20214 yr by psolk Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
