Yes this has been noted by a lot of people. There is a thread on the official MSFS forum which you may want to add your issues onto

I upvoted the thread.  It's crazy that such a core issue in the sim is being ignored.

Still an issue after SU6.

If I had one thing to say to Asobo....

You had but (1) thing to fix. You blew it.

Interesting.

The only trim issue I have had, I tracked down to some aircraft spawning with AP engaged even if the particular aircraft does not have one.

Does this work for you?

Quote

if this critical, just open path when your ac live, found file flight_model.cfg then inside found
elevator_trim_effectiveness=
aileron_trim_effectiveness=
rudder_trim_effectiveness=
and experiment with changing values till it’s will all right for you

Who said it's being ignored? it started with SU5, will probably be fixed in SU6. We can say it's being ignored if it's not fixed with SU6.

There is no SU6, where did you get that idea from? SU6 will come probably in October.

There is no SU6 yet.

And Asobo had a lot of things to fix in this update, and seems to have gotten most of them.

How do you know it’s “being ignored” as you blurted out?

This is what irks me. People assume. You have no idea why there’s a trim issue or what’s being done to solve it. You have no idea what dependencies exist or how they’re affected. You just assume it’s a 5 min fix that’s “ignored” because no one has come out to tell you.

Is over sensitive trim annoying? Yes. Will it be fixed? Yes. No one is ignoring it to irk you.

Actually, I haven't really found anything that has been fixed with this update.

It was a scenery update, not a sim update. Bug fixes weren’t part of the schedule but they put them in there.

And they certainly did fix things, including the scenery caching and LOD popping. People got their slider! And while I didn’t experience them, I read the altitude issues are fixed with ATC.

It is wrong to imply 'Scenery update' The following categories were...

1.Stability

2.Navigation

3.Planes

4.Peripherals

5.World

6.VR

7.Marketplace

8.SDK

9.Optional World Update Content (via the In-Sim Marketplace)
