September 8, 20214 yr Commercial Member After my MSFS update I checked out the FBW A320. It was invisible on the tarmac (noted on another thread as well). I uninstalled it. Is the latest version downloadable at FBW site compatible? September 8, 20214 yr I recommend using their installer, instead of the marketplace version. It's easy to keep track of, and as an added benefit it scans your FBW A320 liveries when it launches. If it finds a bad livery, it will ask if you wish the app to convert it for you. It fixed two for me, yesterday. https://flybywiresim.com/
September 8, 20214 yr Author Commercial Member Ok, thx for the feedback. So I am installing the Development version. The captions of its install progress has gone from Downloading to Decompressing to no now Finishing Update. I am timing it and it has been 7 minutes so far and still no completion? Did yours take that long to finish? Remember, I am just talking about the last segment... Finishing Update. Update... now 9 minutes Update... it has now been 15 minutes. Should it take this long to complete? I would think not. I'm not sure I trust that feature, post update 5. When I have used it since then, I have ended up encountering pink textures, which I suspect are related. We are all connected..... September 8, 20214 yr I have done a 2 flights in the developer version of the A32NX today. Edinburgh - Ibiza, Ibza - Edinburgh. Everything started ok but when I got to Ibiza all the terminal buildings were missing. I didn't bother exiting and restarting, I did a turn around and flew back to Edinburgh to the same thing. All the buildings are missing. I was also getting some graphical issues, screen flashing black, lines flashing across the screen. Has anyone else seen the issue below or the weird artifacts? September 8, 20214 yr Edinburgh (asobo default) airport had issues of missing buildings since SU5. I take it your Ibiza is also default as i have both as payware and they are working fine. Probably safest to do so to avoid any potential conflicts: How to delete the Rolling Cache and the Manual Cache Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator Go to Options > General Go to Data Scroll down and go to Manual Cache.
