LOL!

My wife got one of those scam phone calls and it was a real person on the other end.  He claimed that there had been fraudulent activity regarding her social security account and that if she did not immediately pay the demanded amount, they would send the sheriff to arrest her.  Her reply was "fine, I'll be home all day, send him!".

I get the automated phone call that states "we have detected fraudulent activity on your social security account.  You social security account has been suspend.  Press 1 for more information."  I ain't pressin' no button an' I ain't clickin' no link.

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

Same with the robot call from Amazon....."We have detected fraudulent activity on your account".  Please call this number or click on 1 to speak to a representative who will confirm your credit card information".  Yeah, right!  Not in my lifetime!

Got that beat!  I once received an email indicating that I won the European lottery!  I also received a phone call at 2 AM telling me that I won the Las Vegas lottery.
