Here's a video tour of the Kodiak 100 I found.

The speaker is somewhat iffy, but it does provide a nice close look at the real thing.

What is "iffy" about him???

The speaker is Mark Brown, Kodiak Chief Demo Pilot and Sales/Marketing Director for Daher. He probably knows that plane as well as anyone.

OK. I stand admonished. He's fine. But, what about the video? Pretty cool eh?

Loads of good info. I will agree he isn't the most enthusiastic speaker. If it weren't for all the technical info I find intriguing I would be hard pressed to stay engaged for the entire half hour haha.

That is one nice looking aircraft. I will probably wind up getting it, the sim version that is. Don't happen to have $2.6 Million dollars in my checking account right at the moment.

I'm ten minutes into the video and the main thing i learned so far is that everything is "pretty impressive" about this plane.

Hitting a 9" tree stump with the nose gear without ripping out the firewall, is pretty amazing.

Since I have been watching the videos of the Missionary Kodiak Pilot who flies all over New Guinea, I have started flying around there in the Seminole. It is a really pretty area in MSFS.   This is the  AYVN airport there.

This is where all the Youtube videos on the Kodiak have been filmed, I thought I explained that in my post but oh well.

Some of the airports he flies into look like the deck of an aircraft carrier on approach.

A good video, I thought Mark Brown was fine, My god if people think he was hard work, at work I've had a few briefings that lasted most of the day from clever people who know their stuff but their voice was very monochrome and boring.

I just love this aircraft IRL and now in MSFS.

That's fun, and he still is the Marketing Director...😆

Excellent video. Of course the speaker knows this plane very well.

Cheers, Ed
