Stable and reliable as usual - for an experimental version. I'm loving it.

Yeah it's pretty good at the moment (can become different at some time... 🤢 😉)

@Watsi

The latest EXPERIMENTAL continually errors out.  I reverted to DEVELOPMENT and alles gut... can you please update here when the Experimental Build is functional once more?

You know, it sure would be nice if you guys would introduce VERSION numbers on your development & experimental versions, so that one could know if they have the latest versions of these packages...just a thought.

...and, having said that, you guys are doing God's work with the A320!!!!

Not sure I understand? The version numbers for DEV and EXP are clearly visible in the FBW Installer in 7-character hex format.

Sorry, should have been more clear -- when I go to download dev version from github, the file that is downloaded is named "a32nx-development.zip", same for when I download experimental from the FBW web page.  I haven't ever used the installer.  I'm just suggesting that the filename be something like "a32nx-development-v1.0050.zip", or something like that.  Not a big deal, just helps me keep track of whether I've got the latest version.  I was under the impression that github builds could automatically increment build numbers, but I could be wrong.

Thanks again!

Just curious as to why you have not used the installer.

I run it every morning before I go flying (after checking what has been changed via Github). And almost every day there are changes to be had. One of its best features, IMHO, is that it only downloads what has been changed since I last updated it. No need to download all those big texture files as they rarely change.

Have a good one!

I've been use dev version for a while now.  I know experimental is prone to bugs but is the consensus currently that it works well?  I have AiG installed, but thinking of using simple traffic instead - can anyone confirm that TCAS works ok with simple traffic?  If so, I may flip to experimental.  Thanks as always FBW - what a great team you are.

First to say is: don't. The Github download is not meant to be used. Please use the installer or the direct download from our website (flybywiresim.com) only.

The experimental is pretty stable now. The TCAS works with all live traffic (no matter if AIG or Simple Traffic). It doesn't work with any offline traffic though. No TCAS is working with offline traffic at the moment, since MSFS doesn't provide any data for offline traffic.
