Here in the USA cars had the mechanical push-buttons on radios into the 1980's. I remember our 79 Monte had them as well as 78 LeSabre. They must have phased those out in Australia a lot sooner. March 30, 20224 yr Author An amusing stream flying a pre-release 247D (by a 737NG real world pilot with 4500 real world hours in the 737) the guy manages to stall the engines and also set fire to them more than once.
March 30, 20224 yr 3 points off his check flight exam for each engine fire! 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
March 30, 20224 yr I skimmed through the Stream and it was hilarious, especially nearing the end! And it was very educational! What Wing42 implemented feature / systems wise is just mind blowing. I was not super interested in that Airplane, but the more I read and see the more I want it. They even went the extra mile and provide the NAV beacons Worldwide, so we can navigate like in the 30s! And on top of that we can listen to 30s music stations Haha! The way the needles move when you pump the fuel / check fuel level is beautiful. And if I spotted it right, the cockpit instruments get slight vibrations when the engines are running. The amount of details they put into a plane I thought "is just another simple 30s twin engine Aircraft" is astounding. I cant't wait for its release in a few days. I have to have it! Especially for that price. I hope it sells like sliced bread and we can have more planes with so much love put into them in the future for a simliar price!

Otmar said in a stream that each needle have individual mass and vibrates differently depending on the situation. 🙂 // 5800X3D // RTX 3090 // 64GB RAM // HP REVERB G2 //
April 2, 20224 yr Since it is not released yet (but some time today I hope), I am watching the Recording of this Stream right now and although I have seen a lot, he still shows new stuff I have not seen before. And we have the Devs in the Chat too 🙂

April 2, 20224 yr Just released site down the first minute lol. Edited April 2, 20224 yr by jbdbow1970 correction
April 2, 20224 yr The site was down for me too, but then it loaded and it is still not showing in the Shop for me. Maybe just a hiccup. Release was planned for 1600Z and the site went dead the first time for me at around 1500Z. Probably a few people in UTC+0100 Timezone thought it should be released and hugged the site to the death? 🙂
April 2, 20224 yr Guess that release went pear-shaped then. Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
