Just like in previous version one must run panda server for radar to work - A/G radar as in previous version doesn't pick up ground over US just of specific areas in Italy and GB - A/A works just like before, antenna still getting stuck at low angle tilt (old bug still there) - WebSim App has been replaced by in cockpit knee pad. That situation (whatever it was) was ended shortly after it was announced, without further explanation. The TF hasn't been updated, but they've said it will get the in-cockpit tablet for conifuragtion contol, rather than the external application, at some point. I think their flight models might be slightly different though, the single seater seems a bit more twitchy at low speed.
