Hi i would assume "Easiest place to find both is in the config page, then Fuel" is in the flight plan created on simbrief site  I see ZFW but not ZFW-CG

Where is ZFW-CG located ? thanks much

No, in the MCDU in the config page

It's named MACZFW indeed. (Just added this in case anyone wants to know. 😉 )

Been at this flightplan from simbrief for two hours this morning, what a hassle. I also found out that if you enter ZFW it has to be in KG, even if you selected pounds in the menu for fuel weight.

The instructions that were posted to me the other day and quoted on this thread, do not work.. Anyone found a step by step way to get his word not allowed flightplan into the FMC?  I am about to get the DC6 back out.

Anyone have any success with this yet?

I wish. I can only pay with PayPal. Can't wait to get this plane into the air. Anyway, this should do it:

EFB > Fenix app > TAP TO IMPORT FROM SIMBRIEF

INIT (button) > INIT REQUEST

That's it, really. At least to get the plan into the MCDU. There are more steps to do it all completely and properly (like adding the departure and arrival).

I strongly suggest watching this video, make by a r/w A320 pilot and Fenix beta tester. It will answer every question about how to setup the plane using SimBrief, the EFB and FMS

Same problem again, can't get Flightplan from Simbrief.  What a PIA.

It's really not that hard, Bob. You do not even need to import it into the EFB first.

Just go into the ATSU portion of the MCDU, select AOC MENU then FLT INIT and then INIT DATA Request. Wait a few seconds until it populates. Then press the INIT Button on the MCDU. This will bring you to the INIT Page were you can request the flightplan.

Done.

(All this under the assumption that you linked your Simbrief account properly. But since you wrote that you had it working already, I assume that is not the issue here, unless maybe if you updated to the new version of the Aircraft and it hasn't stored that information from the previous version and you need to enter it again.)

This is what i do.. Make the flight plan in simbrief, once the aircraft is loaded i go straight to the EFB, in the Fenix app (My Flight Plan or words similar) request simbrief plan. it should load right into the App within seconds. Next  into the MCDU - Innt- Innt Request, again it should load in within 5 -10 Seconds.

That's it basically, if it's not loading i would start looking at your Simbrief account being linked properly?

Sorry to hear that Bob - hang in there it will be worth it - I would like to do a picture tut - down and dirty at some point - little under the weather right now so would be a bit

Concentrate on the order in which you go thru the process and write it down - thats what helps me
