Honda Jet cfg file

Featured Replies

Hey all, new member here

I've just purchased the Honda Jet and I want to add it to Air Hauler 2. That requires the aircraft.cfg file but I can't find it. I've looked all through the HJet SimObjects folder, I've done a search of the entire Steam MSFS folder and I can't find it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers

Aircraft purchased from the marketplace are encrypted, and their files are only accessible to MSFS itself. This will change in SU10 where the aircraft configuration files will no longer be encrypted. So after SU10 you should be able to add it to Air Hauler.

I thought they were only going to unencrypt the Asobo default aircraft from the deluxe and premium packages? If so, you still won't be able to access the H Jet cfg file.

The statement I recall reading made a general reference to removing encryption from aircraft.  Where did you see default aircraft only?  I missed that.

They've always stated they were talking about the premium aircraft.

Look at the SDK section of the weekly updates.

Just load the aircraft in the sim and import it into AH2 via Simconnect. That's worked fine since the HJet was released..
