November 15, 20223 yr Two issues here: 1 - panel states are not saved 2 - plane is way too sensitive for steering on the ground, is there any way to reduce that sensitivity as it kills immersion. Artur

There's no panel state saving in MSFS default planes and neither in most (advanced) payware airliners with the PMDG as the only exception. As for the steering I disagree, but I use NWS, do you? For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

November 15, 20223 yr Anyone else finding the automation doing a lousy job? I was in ALT HOLD level at 3000 ft with autothrust engaged and 180 knots set in the speed window - when the autothrust kept the engines at 90% N1 and went way into overspeed at 340 knots. Autothrust also seemed very slow at times responding to speed changes and frequently under or oversped by 10 knots. When I circled to slow back down and shoot a second approach it lost 300 ft and stayed at 2700 ft for a while until starting to try and recapture 3000 ft. I also just saw a stream where the pilot had to put the engines at 80% N1 to get back to and hold approach speed after the aircraft undersped, which is about 15 to 20% too high. As well, I flew with a buddy who was some miles ahead of me when both of us suffered severe upsets with excessive bank to the right while quickly losing altitude, 3 times. I don't know if this was MSFS or the aircraft, but I've never seen this with any other aircraft. He also reported the aircraft suddenly drifting off to the lower right after following the ILS correctly at first. Edited November 15, 20223 yr by Nixoq

You are talking about loading predesigned panel states, we are talking about saving & loading custom panel states. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. The banking to the right and losing altitude has happened to me as well, but in the Beaver. I think it's the new atmosphere/weather modeling and not the airplane.
