IIRC the release of the AN-225 and AN-2 (and maybe other things) is also imminent. Maybe thats why the release is 23:00 UTC today.

The AN-225 is out Monday, so I doubt that's effecting it.

The Caribou out today, the AN-2 releases the same day as Sim Update 12.

World Updates don't include code changes anymore. Though they may release the new AIRAC cycle with this, but that's a theory not a confirmation.

Well if there's no patch when you launch the sim, then there's no code changes.

Unless you get an update downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
