Downloading fast, at full speed that my internet service provides. So apparently the servers are not hammered yet...

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Welp, the shiny new Milford Sound is still buried under snow, guess they didn't fix the three weather station issue with New Zealand. Back to Australia...

Flying thru the North Island, looks great. And reminds me how sad it is that next season of Rings Of Power on Amazon won't be filmed in NZ like the first season was. They're filming now in the North of the UK instead.

You could always turn off live weather and use custom weather.

Also not sure what you'd expect them to fix it, it wasn't in the patch notes and this is a World Update not a Sim Update, and they have already said they're meeting with Meteoblue soon to work things out.

@turbomax  That is the Carenado C182 in the MSFS pictures.  Are you in the SU12 beta?  I have removed it as it is reported as crashing in SU12.

From what I've seen thus far, this MSFS update will be the most widely-distributed tourist promotional in the history of New Zealand. The new scenery is breathtaking. It makes me want to go there. Loved all the pics, @turbomax.

as I have said earlier in another thread:  none of my Carenados have crashed in SU12 beta whatsoever: Seminole, PC-12, C182, Seneca

people who reported crashes must have other issues. I am here to defend poor old Carenado, they never looked so good and are the ideal planes for this fantastic Newest Zealand.

Sorry, I must have skipped over your earlier comment.  I am putting mine back in then.  I want to give the Archer a try around NZ.

at 100 fps any crashes would be so short I wouldn't even notice it 😀

but no, no Carenado has crashed for me whatsoever, running SU12 beta

Anyway, back on topic.
