The teeth on that federal felony charge are a lot bigger than your run-of-the-mill state assault charge, and in federal court being prosecuted by the regional US Attorney. March 7, 20233 yr It's a sign of the times. You used to be able to find magazines with stories of the Old West in magazine racks in supermarkets. These racks don't seem to be there anymore. Anyway I never read a story about someone shooting up a schoolroom full of kids back in those wild and wooly days. That sort of thing would be just too over the top to every occur.
